Stop and Select Guide

Stop and SelectMore than 25 million Americans suffer from heartburn on a daily basis and most attribute it to the foods they eat. The good news for sufferers is that anecdotal evidence indicates that changing one's diet can significantly decrease the number of heartburn episodes.

To help sufferers prevent heartburn before it starts, the NHBA has developed the Stop & Select Guide, a free guide that provides quick, visual cues of a food's potential to trigger heartburn. A list of foods that are typically heartburn friendly or trigger heartburn is included.
